新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间住院精神障碍患者的防控策略

Prevention and control strategy of the patients with mental disorder in the period of COVID-2019 outbreak

目的探讨疫情期间精神病专科医院有效防控新冠肺炎疫情的措施。方法对2020年1月19日—2020年4月30日宜昌市精神卫生中心住院患者及相关医务人员采用加强人员培训、设置隔离病区、改进收治流程、加强病区人员管理、场所彻底消毒等方法,预防新型冠状病毒肺炎。结果本中心住院患者及相关医务人员均未感染新型冠状病毒。结论对于封闭式管理的精神病专科医院,预检分诊、设置隔离病区,做好源头管控及消毒隔离,能够有效防止新冠肺炎病毒的感染及传播。

Objective To explore the effective control measure for the 2019 novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-2019)in the psychiatric hospitals during epidemic period.Methods Using the method of strengthen personnel training,set up isolation wards,improve admission procedures,strengthen staff management in wards,and thoroughly disinfect the premises to prevent COVID-2019 infection of inpatients and related medical staff in Yichang Mental Health Center from January 19,2020 to April 30,2020.Results Novel Coronavirus was not infected by any inpatient or related medical staff of the center.Conclusion For psychiatric hospitals under closed management,pre-checking and triage,setting up isolation ward,and controlling the source and disinfection and isolation can effectively prevent the infection of the COVID-2019.
