漏斗加压缝合术在剖宫产术子宫下段出血中的应用效果分析

Analysis of hemostatic effect of funnel pressurized suture in lower uterine segment bleeding of cesarean section

目的探讨剖宫产术子宫下段出血采用漏斗加压缝合术的效果。方法以随机数字表法将我院2018年4月—2019年5月剖宫产术子宫下段出血患者60例分为2组,各30例。对照组采用促宫缩止血,观察组在对照组基础上行漏斗加压缝合术,比较2组临床指标及并发症。结果观察组卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液使用量、产后24 h出血量、术中出血量、输血量均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率6.67%(2/30),略低于对照组的16.67%(5/30),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产术子宫下段出血患者采用漏斗加压缝合术止血的效果可靠,且具有较高的安全性。

Objective To investigate the effect of funnel pressurized suture in lower uterine segment bleeding of cesarean section.Methods 60 patients with lower uterine segment bleeding of cesarean section who admitted in the hospital from April 2018 to may 2019 were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was given promoting uterine contraction to stop bleeding,and observation was given funnel pressurized suture based on control group.The clinical indexes and complications were compared between two groups.Results The dosage of carboprost tromethamine injection,postpartum 24h bleeding volume,intraoperative bleeding volume and blood transfusion volume in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group[6.67%(2/30)]was slightly lower than that in control group[16.67%(5/30)],but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Funnel pressurized suture in patients with lower uterine segment bleeding of cesarean section has reliable hemostatic effect,which has certain safety.
