超声介入治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后出现盆腔淋巴囊肿的疗效探讨

Discussion on curative effect of ultrasound interventional therapy on pelvic lymphatic cyst after gynecological malignant tumor operation

目的:探究超声介入治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后盆腔淋巴囊肿的临床效果。方法:2008年6月-2018年6月收治妇科恶性肿瘤术后盆腔淋巴囊肿患者98例,随机分为两组,各49例。对照组实施常规手术治疗;试验组实施超声介入治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗30 d与60 d后囊肿直径均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声介入治疗恶性肿瘤术后出现盆腔淋巴囊肿,可缩小囊肿,降低不良反应发生率,疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound interventional therapy on pelvic lymphatic cyst after gynecologic malignant tumor operation.Methods:From June 2008 to June 2018,98 cases of patients with pelvic lymphatic cyst after gynecological malignant tumor operation were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional operation and the experimental group was treated with ultrasound intervention.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:After 30 days and 60 days,the diameters of cysts of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pelvic lymphatic cysts appeared after gynecologic malignant tumor operation,using ultrasound interventional treatment can reduce the cysts and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,the curative effect is remarkable.
