腹横纹小切口疝气手术的临床治疗效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of small incisional hernia operation in abdominal transverse striation

目的:观察腹横纹小切口手术治疗疝气的临床效果。方法:2015年1月-2018年12月收治疝气患儿52例,随机分为两组,各26例。对照组给予常规手术治疗;观察组给予腹横纹小切口手术治疗。比较两组手术各项指标水平及术后并发症情况,以及患者的血清指标。结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、切口长度、术后排气时间及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前两组患者的血清中C反应蛋白(CRP)、皮质醇(Cor)水平相差不大(P>0.05),术后,观察组CRP、Cor均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用腹横纹小切口手术治疗小儿疝气,术后并发症发生率相对较低,能够提升治疗效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of small incisions in the treatment of hernias.Methods:From January 2015 to December 2018,52 children with hernia were admitted and randomly divided into two groups with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional surgery;the observation group was treated with small incisions in the abdomen.The levels of various surgical indexes and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups,as well as the serum indexes of patients.Results:The operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss,incision length,postoperative exhaust time and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,the levels of CRP and Cor of the two groups of patients were not much different(P>0.05).After the operation,CRP and Cor of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The small incision of the abdominal transverse striae surgery for the treatment of hernia in children has a relatively low incidence of postoperative complications,which can improve the therapeutic effect.
