甲磺酸伊马替尼用于慢性粒细胞白血病临床治疗中的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of imatinib mesylate in the clinical treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia

目的:分析甲磺酸伊马替尼在慢性粒细胞白血病临床治疗中的效果。方法:2014年7月-2017年7月收治慢性粒细胞白血病患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗;研究组采用甲磺酸伊马替尼治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组T细胞免疫功能指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组2年生存率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予慢性粒细胞白血病患者甲磺酸伊马替尼治疗,能提高临床总有效率、患者生存率,改善机体T细胞免疫功能,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of imatinib mesylate in the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia.Methods:From July 2014 to July 2017,80 patients with chronic myeloid leukemia were selectd,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The study group was treated with imatinib mesylate.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The T cell immune function index level of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 2-year survival rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Imatinib mesylate using in the treatment of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia can improve the total clinical effective rate,survival rate,improve T cell immune function and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
