外固定架在创伤骨科四肢骨折中的疗效

The effect of external fixator in limb fracture of orthopaedic trauma

目的:探究外固定架在创伤骨科四肢骨折中的治疗效果。方法:2017年5月-2019年5月收治创伤性四肢骨折患者32例,随机分为两组,各16例。对照组采用传统切开复位内固定术治疗;观察组采用外固定架治疗。比较两组围术期指标、临床疗效及术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术时间、骨折愈合时间及切口长度均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗优良率显著高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用外固定架治疗创伤骨科四肢骨折患者,可显著提升治疗效果,缩短术后恢复时间,减少并发症发生。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of external fixator in limb fracture of orthopaedics department.Methods:From May 2017 to May 2019,32 patients with traumatic limb fractures were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 16 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation.The observation group was treated with external fixator.The perioperative indexes,clinical efficacy and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,fracture healing time and incision length of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:External fixator can significantly improve the treatment effect,shorten the postoperative recovery time and reduce the occurrence of complications in the treatment of limb fracture in orthopedic trauma.
