对90例早期乳腺癌行保乳手术治疗临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical effect of breast-conserving surgery on 90 cases of early breast cancer

目的:分析90例早期乳腺癌行保乳手术治疗的临床疗效。方法:2015-2019年收治早期乳腺癌患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。试验组采用保乳手术治疗;对照组采用改良根治术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组患者并发症发生率、总生存率、局部复发率及远处转移率等指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),疗效也无显著差异,但是保乳治疗的手术时间、术中出血量和出院时间均相对较短(P<0.05)。结论:对早期乳腺癌患者行保乳手术与改良根治术在总生存率、局部复发率、远处转移率方面无明显差异,均能较好地治疗和控制肿瘤进展,可缩短患者的住院时间,减少患者术中出血量。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of breast-conserving surgery on 90 cases of early breast cancer.Methods:From 2015 to 2019,90 patients with early breast cancer were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 45 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with breast conserving surgery.The control group was treated with modified radical mastectomy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in complication incidence,overall survival rate,local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Breast-conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy for patients with early breast cancer have no significant differences in overall survival rate,local recurrence rate,and distant metastasis rate,and both can better treat and control the progress of the tumor.
