阿托伐他汀钙联合依折麦布治疗老年冠心病的效果及预后

Effect and prognosis of atorvastatin calcium combined with ezetimibe in the treatment of coronary heart disease in the elderly

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀钙联合依折麦布治疗老年冠心病的效果及预后。方法:2016年8月-2018年8月收治老年冠心病患者160例,随机分为两组,各80例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗;观察组采用阿托伐他汀钙联合依折麦布治疗。比较两组临床疗效及安全性。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后心脑血管不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,血脂水平优于对照组,三年生存率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用阿托伐他汀钙联合依折麦布治疗老年冠心病效果显著,可改善预后。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and prognosis of atorvastatin calcium combined with ezetimibe in the treatment of coronary heart disease in the elderly.Methods:From August 2016 to August 2018,160 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium.The observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium combined with ezetimibe.We compared clinical efficacy and safety between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of cardio-cerebrovascular adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the blood lipid level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the 3-year survival rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin calcium combined with ezetimib is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease in the elderly and can improve the prognosis.
