分析突发性聋伴及不伴眩晕患者的前庭功能检查结果及前庭功能状态

Analysis of the vestibular functionexamination results and vestibular functionstatus of the sudden deafness patients with or without vertigo

目的:分析突发性聋伴及不伴眩晕患者的前庭功能检查结果及前庭功能状态。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治突发性聋患者200例,根据具体症状分为眩晕组120例和不眩晕组80例。两组均采用纯音测听、耳蜗电图与视频眼震电图的方式进行检查,对比两组前庭功能检查结果及前庭功能状态。结果:眩晕组中,轻中度失明36例,重度失明84例;-SP/AP值为(0.59±0.12),N1潜伏期为(2.21±0.34)ms;VNG检查正常18例,降低102例;不眩晕组中,轻中度失明59例,重度失明21例;-SP/AP值为(0.38±0.15),N1潜伏期为(1.42±0.13)ms;VNG检查正常25例,降低55例;两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:突发性聋伴眩晕患者听力损失更加严重,耳蜗功能影响越大,前庭功能降低幅度越高;且听力损伤越重,前庭功能降低越明显。可采用前庭功能检查,判断突发性聋的具体症状。

Objective:To analyze the vestibular function examinationresults and the vestibular functionstatus of the sudden deafnesspatients with or withoutvertigo.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,200 patients with sudden deafness were selected,they were divided into the vertigo group with 120 patients andnon-vertigo groupwith 80 patientsaccording to specific symptoms.Both groups were examined in the form of pure sound audiometry,cochlear electrical diagramand videonystagmograph,the examination results and status of vestibular function were compared between the two groups.Results:In the vertigo group,there were 36 cases of mild and moderate blindness and 84 cases of severe blindness.The value of-SP/AP was(0.59±0.12),N1 incubation period was(2.21±0.34)ms.The examination of VNG was normal with 18 cases and decreased with 102 cases.In the non-vertigo group,there were 59 cases of mild and moderate blindness and 21 cases of severe blindness.The value of-SP/AP was(0.38±0.15)and N1 incubation period was(1.42±0.13)ms.The examination of VNG was normal with 25 cases and decreased with 55 cases.The data ofthe two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hearing loss is more serious in patients with sudden deafness and vertigo.The greater the influence of cochlear function,the higher the decrease of vestibular function.And the more serious the hearing impairment,the more obvious the vestibular function decreased.Vestibular function examination can be used to judge the specific symptoms of sudden deafness.
