闭合复位微创接骨板内固定手术在跟骨骨折治疗中的应用效果评估

Evaluation of the effect of closed reduction and minimally invasive plate internalfixation in the treatment of calcaneal fracture

目的:探究闭合复位微创接骨板内固定手术在跟骨骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法:2017年1月-2019年12月收治跟骨骨折患者46例,按治疗方法不同分为两组,各23例。研究组接受闭合复位微创接骨板内固定手术治疗;对照组接受切开复位接骨板治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后Gissane角及Bohler角均优于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:闭合复位微创接骨板内固定手术治疗跟骨骨折,效果与切开复位接骨板治疗相近,但手术创伤小、并发症少,更具应用优势。

Objective:To investigate the effect of closed reduction and minimally invasive plate internal fixation in the treatment of calcaneal fracture.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,46 cases of patients with calcaneal fracture were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 23 cases in each group.The study group underwent closed reduction and minimally invasive plate internal fixation.The control group received open reduction and plate fixation treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The amount of bleeding loss during surgery,the operate time,the fracture healing time and incidence of complications in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Gissane angle and Bohler angle of both groups after surgery were better than those before surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of closed reduction and minimally invasive plate internal fixation for calcaneal fracture is similar to open reduction and plate fixation,however,it has less surgical trauma and fewer complications and it has more advantages in application.
