活血化瘀方门诊治疗糖尿病60例疗效研究

Clinical study of the curative effect of Huoxue Huayu prescription in treating 60 cases of diabetes mellitus in the outpatient clinic

目的:研究活血化瘀方治疗糖尿病的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年12月收治2型糖尿病患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗;观察组在常规西药基础上联合中医活血化瘀方治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白等指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀方用于门诊治疗糖尿病,临床疗效更为理想,能明显改善患者血糖水平。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Huoxue Huayu prescription in treating diabetes mellitus.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,60 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine named Huoxue Huayu prescription on the basis of conventional Western medicine.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the various of levels such as fasting blood glucose,2 hour of postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in the observation group were all lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Huayu prescription is used for outpatient treatment of diabetes,the clinical effect is more ideal,which can significantly improve the blood sugar level of patients.
