参黄透白汤治疗肛周瘙痒症的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Shenhuang Toubai decoction in the treatment of perianal pruritus

目的:探讨参黄透白汤治疗肛周瘙痒症的效果。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治肛周瘙痒症患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规治疗;观察组采用参黄透白汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后各项症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参黄透白汤治疗肛周瘙痒症效果较好,可有效改善临床症状,减轻症状积分,降低复发率,改善患者预后。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenhuang Toubai decoction on perianal pruritus.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,60 patients with perianal pruritus were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with Shenhuang Toubai decoction.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the various of symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenhuang Toubai decoction has a good effect on perianal pruritus,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce symptom score and recurrence rate and it also can improve prognosis of patients.
