脑电图对判断急性脑梗死患者认知功能预后效果观察

摘要 目的:观察监测脑电图变化判断急性脑梗死患者认知功能及预后的效果。方法:2018年7月-2019年7月收治急性脑梗死患者120例,作为研究组;选择同期健康体检者120例,作为对照组。两组均接受脑电图监测。比较两组24 h脑电图异常程度,并对认知功能及预后结果进行判断。结果:研究组脑电图异常率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。梗死位置靠近大脑皮质区域,会使其出现脑电图监测异常情况;除此之外,脑梗死急性期患者脑电图监测水平异常程度将会直接影响脑梗死发病3个月后的认知功能。结论:采取脑电图监测急性脑梗死患者,能够判断对认知功能的影响及预后效果。 Objective:To observe the changes of electroencephalogram monitor on the judgment of the cognitive function and prognosis efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:From July 2018 to July 2019,120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the research group.120 cases of health checkup were selected for the same period as the control group.Both groups were received electroencephalogram monitor.The degree of electroencephalogram abnormality in 24 h was compared between the two groups,and the cognitive function and prognosis result were judged.Results:The abnormal rate of electroencephalogram in the research group was significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The infarcts location were closed to cortical areas of the brain,which can lead to abnormalities in electroencephalogram monitor.In addition,the abnormal level of electroencephalogram monitor in patients with acute cerebral infarction will directly affect the cognitive function after three months of the cerebral infarction incidence.Conclusion:Use electroencephalogram to monitor the patients with acute cerebral infarction can judge the effect of cognitive function and the efficacy of prognosis.
