尿液及肾功能检查对肾脏疾病筛查的临床意义分析

Analysis of the clinical significance of urine and renal function examination in the screening of renal diseases

目的:探讨尿液及肾功能检查对肾脏疾病筛查的临床意义。方法:2017年10月-2018年10月收治肾脏疾病患者116例,作为研究组,另选择同期健康体检者116例,作为对照组,均行尿液及肾功能检查。比较两组尿检异常率(包含血尿、蛋白尿、白细胞尿)及血清尿素、血清肌酐等肾功能指标水平。结果:研究组尿检异常率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血清尿素、血清肌酐等肾功能指标水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肾脏疾病筛查中应用尿液及肾功能检查,能有效检出患者的尿检和肾功能异常情况,从而能为临床评估患者病情提供重要依据。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical significance of urine and renal function examination in the screening of renaldiseases.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2018,116 patients with renal diseases were selected as the study group.Another 116 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.Urine and renal function tests were performed in all patients.The abnormal rate of urine examination(including hematuria,albuminuria and leukuria)and the levels of renal function indexes such as serum urea and serum creatinine were compared between the two groups.Results:The abnormal rate of urine test in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of renal function indexes such as serum urea and serum creatinine in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of urine and renal function examination in the screening of kidney diseases can effectively detect the urine and abnormal renal function of patients,thus providing an important basis for clinical evaluation of patients'condition.
