脑梗死护理中偏瘫肢体康复训练的应用方法及价值分析

目的:分析脑梗死护理中偏瘫肢体康复训练的应用方法及价值。方法:2018年5月-2019年12月收治脑梗死患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组采取常规护理;试验组采取偏瘫肢体康复训练。比较两组日常生活能力(Barthel)、肢体运动能力(FMA)及护理满意度。结果:试验组护理后Barthel评分及FMA评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑梗死患者护理中应用偏瘫肢体康复训练,可有效改善患者日常生活能力和肢体运动能力,提升护理满意度。

objective:to analyze the application method and value of rehabilitation training of hemiplegia limbs in nursing of cerebral infarction.Methods:from May 2018 to December 2019,the diagnosis and treatment of 120 patients with cerebral infarction as the object,according to the method of random Numbers were divided into control group and experimental group,control group 60 cases,adopt conventional nursing,the experimental group 60 cases,take the hemiplegic limbs rehabilitation training,compared two groups of patients'daily life ability,limbs movement ability and nursing satisfaction.Results:Barthel score was compared between the two groups before nursing care,and was compared between the two groups(P>0.05).The Barthel score of patients in the two groups was higher after nursing than before nursing,and the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.The FMA score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the comparison between groups was P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(78.33%).Conclusion:the application of limb rehabilitation training for hemiplegia in the nursing care of patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the ability of daily life and limb movement,and improve the degree of nursing satisfaction.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and application.
