集束化护理实施在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者无创通气中的临床应用价值分析

Analysis of clinical application value of cluster nursing implementation in non-invasive ventilation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:分析集束化护理实施在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者无创通气中的临床应用价值。方法:2016年1月-2019年12月收治COPD患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。观察组采用集束化护理;对照组采用常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组治疗后血气指标水平高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,依从性高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对需进行无创通气治疗的COPD患者实施集束化护理方式,能有效提升血气指标水平,降低治疗过程中的不良反应发生率,提高依从性。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of cluster nursing practice in non-invasive ventilation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2019,100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The observation group received cluster nursing.The control group received conventional care.We compared nursing effect between the two groups.Results:The blood gas index value level of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,and the compliance was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of cluster nursing for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease requiring non-invasive ventilation can effectively improve the patient's blood gas index value,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment process,and improve the patient's compliance.
