延续护理对喉癌患者术后生存质量的影响观察

Influence of continuous nursing on quality of life of patients with laryngeal cancer after operation

目的:评价延续护理对喉癌患者术后生存质量的影响。方法:选取2018年8月-2019年11月接受手术治疗的喉癌患者58例,随机分成两组,各29例。对照组实施普通护理;观察组实施延续护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者生存质量各项评分及护理满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后焦虑及抑郁评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予喉癌手术患者延续性护理,对提升患者生存质量具有积极作用,同时还能改善其负面情绪,引导患者积极健康生活。

Objective:To explore the influence of continuous nursing on quality of life of patients with laryngeal cancer after operation.Methods:From August 2018 to November 2019,58 patients with laryngeal cancer treated by surgery were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups of 29 cases in each.The control group was given general care.The observation group was given continuous care.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the scores of patients'quality of life and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing for patients undergoing laryngeal cancer surgery can improve their quality of life,improve their negative emotions and guide them to live a positive and healthy life.
