优质护理干预对前庭神经炎患者的效果评价

目的探讨前庭神经炎患者实施优质护理干预措施的效果.方法将确诊的前庭神经炎患者53例,随机分为对照组(26例)与干预组(27例).对照组实施常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上给予优质护理干预措施.比较两组患者跌倒发生率、治疗依从性、患者满意度、BBS评分和DHI评分.结果治疗4周后,干预组患者治疗依从性、满意度均高于对照组,跌倒发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组BBS评分高于对照组,DHI评分低于对照组(P<0.01).结论前庭神经炎患者实施优质护理干预后,可提高治疗依从性,减少跌倒的发生,提高临床治疗效果及患者满意度.

Objective To investigate the efect of implementing quality nusing interventions in patients with vestibular neuritis.Methods 53 patients with vestibular neuritis were divided into control group(26 cases)and intervention group(27 cases)。The control group received routine nursing care,while the intervention group increased quality nursing intervention based on the control group.After 4 weeks of intervention,the incidence of flls,treatment adherence,patient satisfaction,BBS score,and DHI score were compared between the two groups.Results The treatmnent adher-ence and satisfaction of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of flls was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,BBS score in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,and DHI score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion After implementing quality nursing intervention,patients with vesibular neuritis can improve treatment compliance,reduce the incidence of falls,improve clinical treatment and patient satisfaction.
