摘要 微创化PCNL的诞生和应用明显地降低了PCNL并发症的发生率,其中,带灌注负压吸引系统的SMP具备微通道优点的同时,又很好地解决了通道直径缩小所带来的取石效率低、灌注不足、肾盂内压高等问题,常用于处理≤2.5cm的肾结石。增强版超微通道经皮肾镜碎石取石术(eSMP)是在SMP的基础上,把经皮肾通道扩张至F18,具备微通道创伤小的特点,同时通过负压吸引取出结石,加快了取石速度,降低了肾盂内压,可用于治疗直径>2.5cm的肾结石。 The minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.Super-mini-PCNL(SMP)with irrigation and suction system has the advantages of mini tract,solves the problems of low lithotripsy efficiency,insufficient irrigation and high intrarenal pressure caused by mini tract,and is often used to remove stones≤2.5 cm.Enhanced SMP(eSMP)using 18 F tract is based on SMP and is less traumatic.In eSMP,stones can be removed by negative pressure suction,which improves the efficiency of stone removal and reduces the intrapelvic pressure.Therefore,eSMP can be used to treat renal stones>2.5 cm.
