创业者环境注意力对机会信念的影响--一个被调节的中介模型 被引量:2

The Impact of Entrepreneurs’ Environmental Attention on Opportunity Beliefs--A Moderated Mediation Model

摘要 通过中国138位创业者的调查数据,从机会创新性的视角考察了创业者环境注意力对机会信念的影响,并引入了创业者知识整合能力的调节作用。研究发现:创业者环境注意力对机会信念有正向影响,机会创新性在创业者环境注意力与机会信念之间起到中介作用,知识整合能力对创业者环境注意力与机会创新性、创业者环境注意力与机会信念以及机会创新性的中介效应具有负向的调节作用。 Based on the investigation of 138 Chinese entrepreneurs, this paper examines the impact of entrepreneurs’ environmental attention on opportunity beliefs and introduces the moderating role of entrepreneurs’ knowledge integrative ability from the perspective of opportunity newness.The results show that environmental attention has a positive impact on opportunity beliefs.Opportunity newness plays a mediating role between environmental attention and opportunity beliefs.Knowledge integrative ability negatively moderates the relationship between environmental attention and opportunity newness, the relationship between environmental attention and opportunity beliefs, and the moderating effect of opportunity newness.
