摘要
针对汽车发动机轻量化、集成化的发展趋势,着重阐述一种新型油底壳的压铸要点。基于压铸设计技术要点,油底壳拆分为3个零件,采用不同的浇注方式和超点冷等来设计;从压铸过程控制上监控生产过程中影响压铸件品质的每个因子,以降低压铸件缺陷率。通过这两方面控制,使压铸件合格率达97%以上,并实现批量化稳定生产。
Aiming at the development trend of lightweight and integrated automobile engines,the key points of a new type of oil pan die casting were described.It was divided into three parts from the key points of the die casting design technology.Some measures,including different aluminum liquid pouring methods,diversified process and super-point cooling applications,were used to design and manufacture products.Each factors affecting product quality fluctuations in the production process were monitored from the main points of the die-casting process control to make manufacturing intelligent.Through these two aspects of control,product quality rate reaches over 97%,achieving batch production and stable production.
