邻近既有线预应力管桩地基处理施工技术研究

Research on Construction Technology of Prestressed Pipe Pile Foundation Treatment Adjacent to Existing Line

津秦铁路客运专线邻近既有津山铁路繁忙干线路基,石济铁路客运专线某标段邻近京沪高铁桥梁,上述路基的地基处理采用采取静压法和锤击法进行预应力预制管桩(即PHC管桩)施工。本文从工艺原理、工艺试验、应力释放孔、施工准备、压桩顺序、桩长控制、监控量测等技术,对预应力管桩地基处理施工进行了研究与实践,可为其他类似工程提供参考。

The Tianjin-Qinhuangdao Railway Passenger Dedicated Line is adjacent to the existing Tianjin-Shanhaiguan Railway’s busy trunk line foundation,and a bid section of the Shijiazhuang-Jinan Railway Passenger Dedicated Line is adjacent to the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway bridge.The foundation treatment of the above roadbed adopts the static pressure method and the hammering method to carry out the construction of pre-stressed precast pipe piles(i.e.PHC pipe piles).This paper studies and practices prestressed pipe pile foundation treatment and construction from technology principles,process tests,stress relief holes,construction preparation,pile pressing sequence,pile length control,monitoring measurement and other technologies,which can provide references for other similar projects.
