摘要
结合田师府至桓仁铁路新建工程,对轨道施工条件、工期要求、工具轨数量短缺、无砟轨道隧道长、钢轨运输困难等影响因素进行分析。借鉴国内已经成型的施工技术,对常规人工铺轨和直推法施工进行对比,同时对常规直铺法进行改进,提出T11长轨车长钢轨一次入槽施工技术。为今后施工技术人员和管理人员组织同类工程建设提供借鉴。
Combined with the new construction of Tianshifu-Huanren Railway,the influencing factors such as track construction conditions,construction period requirements,shortage of tool rails,length of ballastless track tunnels,and steel rail transportation difficulties are analyzed.Drawing lessons from the domestic already formed construction technology,this paper compares the conventional manual track laying and the direct push method construction,and at the same time improves the conventional direct laying method,and proposes the T11 long rail car long rail one-time construction technology.This provides reference for construction technicians and management personnel to organize similar projects in the future.
