摘要
案例教学是证据法教学方式之一。证据法学案例教学应结合证据法学课程特点,突出案例在教学过程中的知识点连接性、实操能力的培养和教学方法的辐射性作用,在此基础之上,试图从案例库建设、教学方法多元化以及“教”“学”合一等途径优化案例教学的新路径。
Case teaching is one of the teaching methods of evidence law.The basic path of case teaching of evidence law is to combine the characteristics of evidence law curriculum,highlight the connection of knowledge points,the cultivation of practical ability and the radiation effect of teaching methods in the teaching process,and on this basis,try to optimize the new path of case teaching from the construction of case base,the diversification of teaching methods and the integration of teaching and learning.
