Research on the Governance of Major National Epidemics in the New Era-Taking COVID-19 as an Example

新冠疫情的爆发正值春运期间,人口的集中流动加大疫情防控的难度,这是对新时代国家治理体系和治理能力的大考验。在习近平领导下的新时代中国共产党为打赢防控疫情的攻坚战交出了满意的答卷,但也不能忽视疫情中暴露出的短板与不足,本文从实践防控的角度分析新时代在国家治理层面的优势与不足,提出未来提升国家治理能力的几点思考,供研究决策者参考。

The outbreak of the COVID-19 coincided with the Spring Festival travel rush,and the concentrated flow of population has increased the difficulty of epidemic prevention and control.This is a severe test of the national governance system and governance capabilities in the new era.Under the leadership of Xi Jinping,the Communist Party of China has delivered satisfactory answers to the battle to prevent and control the epidemic.On the other hand,the shortcomings exposed during the epidemic should not be ignored.This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of national governance from the perspective of practical prevention and control,and puts forward some thoughts on improving national governance capabilities in the future for the reference of research decision makers.
