基于“毒损脑络”病机的廖氏化风丹组方特点分析

Analysis on the Prescription Characteristics of Liao′s Huafeng Dan Based on the Pathogenesis of"Toxic Damage to Cerebral Collaterals"

廖氏化风丹是国家级非物质文化遗产,具有独具特色的发酵工艺和显著的临床疗效,但目前廖氏化风丹组方特点尚不明确,阻碍了进一步发展。本文以"毒损脑络"病机的创新性发展为指导,通过文献梳理分析,提出廖氏化风丹"以毒攻毒"治疗中风病急性期,并从理论研究和临床报道两方面验证廖氏化风丹的组方与"毒损脑络"病机的契合性,以期为临床提供安全有效的用药指导。

Liao′s Huafeng Dan is a national intangible cultural heritage,with characteristic fermentation technol⁃ogy and remarkable clinical efficacy.Meanwhile,there are many problems,hindering its further development.Based on the the innovative development of the pathogenesis of"toxic damage to cerebral collaterals",this article puts forward the view that Liao′s Huafeng Dan uses the principle of"attacking poison with poison"to treat acute apoplexy through literature combing and analysis.The consistency between Liao′s Huafeng Dan and the pathogene⁃sis theory of"toxic damage to cerebral collaterals"is verified from its theoretical research and clinical reports,hop⁃ing to provide safe and effective guidance for clinical use.
