摘要
简要介绍了国内外船舶污水舱涂料的研究进展,包括溶剂型环氧污水舱涂料、高固体分环氧污水舱涂料、无溶剂环氧污水舱涂料、聚氨酯污水舱涂料、酚醛环氧污水舱涂料;按表面处理和施工两部分介绍了当前污水舱涂料的涂装工艺;并对其实际应用情况进行了展示。
This paper briefly introduces the progress in domestic and foreign research on ship sewage tank coatings,including solvent-based epoxy sewage tank coatings,high solids epoxy sewage tank coatings,solvent-free epoxy sewage tank coatings,polyurethane sewage tank coatings,and phenolic epoxy sewage tank coatings;introduces current sewage tank coatings painting processes in surface treatment and application;and displays their actual application.
