新时代东北地区经济发展问题思考

Thought on the Economic Development of Northeast China in the New Era

东北地区经济近几年出现了严重下滑,振兴东北成为我国均衡区域发展的重要举措。基于黑龙江省黑河市的实地调研,从新时代中国特色东北发展道路出发,分析发现人口结构失衡与身份转型困境是制约东北边境城市经济发展的两大因素。研究认为,振兴东北应当发展新兴产业,培育新型人才;因地制宜,打造富有特色的城市群,把握新时代东北经济发展新机遇。

The northeast economy has experienced a serious decline in recent years,and revitalizing of the Northeast has an important measure for China's balanced regional development.Based on the field investigation in Heihe City,Heilongjiang Province,and from the perspective of the Northeast development path with China characteristics in the new ear,this paper finds that the imbalance of population structure and the dilemma of identity transformation are the two major factors restricting the economic development of the northeast border cities.The study holds that the revitalization of Northeast requires the development of new industries and cultivation of new talent.At the same time,grasping the new opportunities in the new era,and adapting to local conditions to create the city cluster with Northeast characteristics.
