Study on Calcium Carbonate Precipitation Method Determining Scale Inhibition Performance of Scale Inhibitor for Low Temperature Multi-effect Seawater Desalination

文章介绍了一种低温多效海水淡化阻垢剂阻垢性能的测定方法,研究了实验温度对测试结果的影响,以及方法的适用性、重复性和再现性。通过6个实验室分别对2个阻垢剂产品在2个浓度下进行3次平行测定,研究了此方法的重复性标准差和再现性标准差,阻垢率测试结果重复性标准差为S r=4.2%,再现性标准差为S R=6.9%;△A测试结果重复性标准差为S r=0.05,再现性标准差为S R=0.07。研究结果表明:该方法不仅能够有效评价海水淡化阻垢剂阻垢性能,还可对比不同海水淡化阻垢剂阻垢性能的优劣。

A method for determining the scale inhibition performance of scale inhibitor for low temperature multi-effect seawater desalination was studied.The influence of temperature was investigated.The applicability,repeatability and reproducibility of the method were valued.Repeatability standard deviation and reproducibility standard deviation of the method were measured by 6 laboratories,and the experiments were taken at two concentrations for three times test,based on two scale inhibitors.Repeatability standard deviation and reproducibility standard deviation of scale inhibition rate were S r=4.2%and S R=6.9%.Repeatability standard deviation and reproducibility standard deviation of△A were S r=0.05 and S R=0.07.The results showed that this method can not only effectively evaluate the scale inhibition performance of seawater desalination scale inhibitors,but also compare the scale inhibition performance of different seawater desalination scale inhibitors.
