摘要
文章研究了一种盐藻中重金属的去除方法,通过将吸附剂加入到培养液中,摇床培养后,将藻液过滤去除吸附物,离心、烘干收集藻粉。经检测,可将盐藻中的重金属铅、砷含量分别去除14.8%和73%以上,具有良好的去除重金属铅、砷的效果。
In this article,a method of removal of heavy metals in Dunaliella Salina was studied.By adding eluent to alga mud,mixing it evenly,oscillating washing,and centrifugal collecting alga mud,the contents of heavy metals lead and arsenic in alga mud could be removed by more than 14.8%and 73%respectively,which has a good effect of removing heavy metals lead and arsenic.
