初级泵、增压泵是钾肥生产装置的进口关键设备,属于生产系统的前端设备,但其机械密封长期存在动静环易磨损、密封失效、价格昂贵、检修成本高、供货周期长的问题。通过对易损坏的动静环和部分零部件进行重新设计和选型,国产化改造后的机械密封运行平稳,效果良好。
