摘要
"反浮选—冷结晶"法生产氯化钾工艺中结晶器工序是一个关键工序,结晶器比重的测定是影响结晶器控制的重要参数。在实际生产中人工对结晶器比重的测量存在测量时间滞后、读数误差较大等缺陷,文章通过结晶器专用比重自动检测系统在结晶器溢流比重测量中的应用,解决了人工在测量比重中对生产带来的不利因素,实现了结晶器溢流比重测量的全面自动化控制,实现了由粗放型向精细化生产的转变,使结晶器溢流比重的测量更加准确、及时,更好地指导生产。
In the process of producing potassium chloride by " reverse flotation cold crystallization",the crystallizer process is a key process,and the determination of crystallizer specific gravity is an important parameter affecting the mold control. In actual production,there are some defects in manual measurement of mold specific gravity,such as lag of measurement time and large reading error. In this article,through the application of mold specific gravity automatic detection system in the measurement of mold overflow specific gravity,the adverse factors brought by manual measurement to production are solved,the comprehensive automatic control of mold overflow specific gravity measurement is realized,the transformation from extensive type to fine production is realized,and the measurement of mold overflow specific gravity is more accurate,timely and better guidance Production.
