Barrier-free movie-watching is a new form of visually impaired cultural service in public libraries.This paper reviews the development of visual impaired cultural movie-watching activities in Shaanxi Library,and analyzes the development of visually impaired cultural movie-watching activities in Shaanxi Library from the aspects of planning,publicity,implementation process,effectiveness and impact of the activities,in hope to share experiences and explore optimization strategies.
