本文探讨了澄城县图书馆如何在扶贫工作中充分发挥“扶智”职能,以提高农民文化科技知识水平、思想道德水平为己任,通过流动图书车的灵活性、便利性,长年深入全县村镇,送书到田间地头,助推科学种养,助推新型职业农民的养成,助推农村孩子成长,探索出文化扶贫新路子。

This paper discusses how Chengcheng County Library give full play to the function of intellectual support in poverty alleviation.Chengcheng County Library takes it as its duty to improve the cultural,scientific and technological knowledge level,ideological and moral level of farmers,and takes advantage of the convenience,flexibility of mobile library van to go deep into the counties and villages all the year round,and deliver books to each household even to the fields,in hope to boost scientific farming,the formation of the new professional farmers,and the rural children to grow up,and explore new ways for poverty alleviation.
