摘要
本文以周至县为例,通过对西部贫困县农家书屋发展现状进行调查分析,围绕制约农家书屋发展瓶颈,在实践中破解管理、利用难点,探索农村基层公共文化服务工作出路与发展对策。
Taking Zhouzhi County as an example,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of farmers library development in western poor counties,solves the difficulties in management and utilization in practice around the bottleneck restricting the development of farmers library,and explores the work outlet and development countermeasures of rural grass-roots public cultural services.
