摘要
基于对来自272名创业型大学学者的有效样本实证分析,研究创业型大学对学者的商业化动机与学术创业意向的影响机理。结果表明:(1)高校创业使命对学者的个人成就动机产生显著正向影响,对科研动机没有显著影响,高校传统使命对两类商业化动机均产生显著正向影响;(2)高校创业使命对学者创办公司意向形成具有显著积极影响,而高校传统使命显著正向影响专利许可意向和产业合作与咨询意向;(3)商业化动机在高校使命与学者学术创业意向之间起中介作用。
Based on an empirical study with 272 valid samplesfrom entrepreneurial universities,we explored how university missions influence academic scientists’commercialization motivation and academic entrepreneurial intentions.The results indicate that:(1)university third mission is positively related to individual achievement motivations but not to the research motivations;university traditional mission significantly affect these two kinds of individual commercialization motivations;(2)universitythird mission is positively related to academic scientists’spin-off intentions,while university traditional mission significantly influences patenting and licensing intention and contract research and consulting intentions;(3)the relationship between university mission and academic scientists’academic entrepreneurial intentions is mediated by individual commercialization motivations.
