摘要
基于战略性新兴产业政策创新模型,以大同市新能源产业为例,对其当前出台的新能源产业创新政策进行梳理分析。在此基础上给出大同市新能源产业政策创新存在的问题和完善建议,以期为其他后发地区发展战略性新兴产业提供一定的政策借鉴和指导。
Based on the strategic emerging industry policy innovation model,this paper takes Datong’s New Energy Industry as an example to analyze the current new energy industry innovation policies.On this basis,it gives the problems and suggestions for the improvement of Datong’s New Energy Industry policy innovation,aiming to provide certain policy reference and guidance for the development of strategic emerging industries in other post-development regions.
