摘要
2020年9月召开的国际冬季运动(北京)博览会的奥运城市发展论坛邀请了相关专家和学者,通过线上线下的方式围绕北京冬奥会机遇与北京城市发展、冬奥城市国际合作交流及“奥运遗产”传承等话题展开讨论,以此探讨北京作为“双奥之城”的创新发展之路。在2022年北京冬奥会和冬残奥会组织委员会专职副主席兼秘书长韩子荣和首都体育学院副院长谢军在2020年国际冬季运动(北京)博览会奥运城市发展论坛中作的主题演讲中,韩子荣提出:要传承北京“奥运遗产”,促进北京城市发展;谢军提出:要群策群力,夺取2022年北京冬奥会和冬残奥会的奥林匹克教育“金牌”。其中既有新视角,也有新观点,既对2022年北京冬奥会和冬残奥会遗产的理论研究具有参考价值,也对2022年北京冬奥会和冬残奥会期间北京城市建设和奥林匹克教育具有实践启发意义。在此整理成文,以与业界共享。
The Olympic City Development Forum of International Winter Sports(Beijing)Expo was held in September 2020,where experts and scholars were invited to discuss the opportunities of Beijing Winter Olympics and Beijing urban development,international cooperation and exchange of Winter Olympic cities and“Olympic Legacy”through online and offline channels,so as to explore the innovative development route of Beijing as a“double Olympic city”.Han Zirong,full-time vice chairman and Secretary General of the Organizing Committee of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games and Winter Paralympic Games,and Xie Jun,vice president of Capital University of Physical Education and Sports,made keynote speeches at the Olympic City Development Forum of 2020 International Winter Sports(Beijing)Expo.Han Zirong proposed that we should inherit and utilize the“Olympic Legacy”Beijing 2022 and promote the urban development of Beijing;Xie Jun proposed that we should pool our wisdom and efforts to win the“gold medal”of Olympic education.There are both new perspectives and new viewpoints,which not only have reference value for the theoretical research of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games,but have practical enlightenment significance for Beijing urban construction and Olympic Education during the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games as well.This paper is thus written so as to be shared with the industry circle.
