中国16所学校“电子竞技专业”建设的困境及路径 被引量:13

摘要 电子竞技产业对于高层次、高水平、高素质的电子竞技人才的需求日益迫切。从中国的电子竞技产业发展历程而言,培养电子竞技人才不仅能提升电子竞技产业从业人员的职业素养,而且能够提高中国的电子竞技水平。电子竞技人才培养及其专业建设已成为中国部分学校急需解决的问题。运用文献研究法,分析我国16所学校的“电子竞技专业”建设现状,包括:“电子竞技专业”开设情况、“电子竞技专业”主要课程设置情况、“电子竞技专业”教材出版情况。基于此,分析我国这16所学校进一步加强“电子竞技专业”建设的必要性和可行性,我国这16所学校进一步加强“电子竞技专业”建设的必要性在于:中国电子竞技产业规模扩大对电子竞技人才需求加大;中国电子竞技产业的快速与纵深发展使得电子竞技职业培训转向学校教育。我国这16所学校进一步加强“电子竞技专业”建设的可行性在于:中国电子竞技产业发展得到中国政府的政策扶持,这16所学校的多学科知识和教学资源有助于培养复合型电子竞技人才。由此,分析这16所学校的“电子竞技专业”建设的困境在于:“电子竞技专业”建设滞后于中国电子竞技产业发展;“电子竞技专业”开设课程的教材更新速度相对电子竞技产业发展滞后,以及“电子竞技专业”师资匮乏;“电子竞技专业”与“体育专业”的融合不足。最后,提出这16所学校进一步加强“电子竞技专业”建设的路径。 The demand of e-sports industry for high-profile,high-level,high-quality e-sports talents is increasingly urgent.From the development of e-sports industry in China,the cultivation of e-sports talents can not only improve the professional quality of employees in e-sports industry,but also improve the level of e-sports in China.The training and construction of e-sports professionals has become an urgent problem for some Chinese colleges and universities.Using the method of literature review,this paper analyzes the current situation of“e-sports major”construction in 16 colleges and universities in China,including the setting up of“e-sports major”,the main curriculum setting of“e-sports major”,and the publication of“e-sports”teaching materials.Based on this,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of further strengthening the construction of“e-sports major”in these 16 colleges and universities in China.The necessity of these 16 colleges and universities in China to further strengthen the construction of“e-sports major”lies in:the expansion of China’s e-sports industry scale increases the demand for e-sports talents;the rapid and in-depth development of China’s e-sports industry makes e-sports vocational training turn school education.The feasibility of these 16 colleges and universities in China to further strengthen the construction of“e-sports major”lies in:the development of China’s e-sports industry is supported by policies of the Chinese government,and the multidisciplinary knowledge and teaching resources of these 16 colleges and universities are helpful to cultivate interdisciplinary e-sports talents.Therefore,the dilemma of the construction of“e-sports major”in these 16 colleges and universities lies in:the construction of“e-sports major”lags behind the development of China's e-sports industry;the updating of teaching materials in“e-sports”curriculum lags behind the development of e-sports industry,and there is a lack of teaching faculty for“e-sports major”;there is a lack of integration between“e-sports major”and“sports majors”.Finally,it puts forward the path to further strengthen the construction of“e-sports major”in these 16 colleges and universities in China.
