高校医院服务功能转型中的医疗资源优化策略

On the Optimization Strategy of Medical Resources in the University Hospital Transformation of Service Function

医疗资源是高校医院疾病诊疗的重要基础,随着高校医院服务功能社区化转型的推进,高校医院医疗资源不断丰富,但也暴露出了不少问题。通过对高校医院服务功能转型中医疗资源情况的调查与研究,发现高校医院中存在医疗专业技术人员短缺、医疗设备的管理与使用效率偏低、现代化信息技术应用度不高、医院缺乏良好的环境文化和制度文化等问题,而造成这些问题的原因在于高校医院对医疗专业技术人才管理改革不到位、医院发展资金投入不足、缺乏引入现代化信息技术的配套措施以及对医院的文化建设不够重视等。要解决这些问题,就必须加快对高校医院医疗专业技术人员管理的改革,争取政府与社会对高校社区医院的投资,完善校医院医疗设备管理体制,建立并完善校医院现代化信息技术管理配套措施,加强校医院的文化建设,从而提高高校医院医疗资源的管理效率和医疗卫生水平,加快推进高校医疗机构社区化进程。

Medical resources are an important part of the diagnosis and treatment of university hospitals.With the advancement of the communitization transformation of the service functions in university hospitals,medical resources continue to be enriched,but many problems have been exposed.By investigating the situation of service function transformation of the medical resources in university hospitals,the author finds that the medical resources in hospitals have the following problems:shortage of medical professionals and technical personnel,urgent need to improve the management of medical equipment,low application of modern information technology,and lack of a good environment in hospitals culture and institutional culture,and analyzed the causes of the problems,that is,the inadequate reform of medical professional and technical personnel in university hospitals,insufficient funds,lack of supporting measures to introduce modern information technology,and insufficient attention to the cultural construction of hospitals.In order to solve the above problems,we should strengthen the reform of medical professional and technical personnel in university hospitals,strive for government and social investment in community hospitals of colleges and universities,improve the management system of medical equipment,establish and improve supporting measures for the introduction of modern information technology,and strengthen the cultural construction of the hospital,with a view to improve the management efficiency and medical and health level of medical resources in university hospitals,and deepen the process of communitization of medical institutions in universities.
