新形势下高校党委督促检查工作之思考

党的十九大取得的一个重要理论成果和重大历史贡献,就是将习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想写入党章,中国特色社会主义进入新时代。在高等教育方面,全国教育大会、国家“双一流”建设也开启了高等教育发展的新时代。在新形势下,高校能否抓住历史机遇,将宏伟蓝图变成发展成果,一方面取决于顶层设计,将高校的发展绘制成宏伟蓝图,另一方面取决于将宏伟蓝图一步一步变为现实,在狠抓落实上下功夫,高校党委督促检查工作将起到关键作用。通过分析高校党委督促检查工作思想认识、工作方式方法、反馈机制、奖惩机制中存在的问题,聚焦新形势下高校党委督促检查工作中更加突出政治站位、更加重视狠抓落实、更加突显育人为本的新特征,提出加强新形势下高校党委督促检查工作在加强组织建设、制度建设、形式建设、反馈机制建设、队伍建设的对策,最终促进高校可持续发展。
