摘要
食用菌是我国农产品结构的重要组成之一,桑枝是蚕业生产数量最大的副产品,利用桑枝屑代替杂木屑进行食用菌栽培已成为当今研究的热点。本文从桑枝用于食用菌栽培的可行性入手,叙述了利用桑枝进行食用菌栽培的主要种类和技术要点,针对目前该产业存在的实际问题,提出了规模化高效发展桑枝栽培食用菌的具体建议。
Edible fungi is one of important components of China’s agricultural product structure.Mulberry branch is the byproduct produced mostly by sericulture.Using mulberry sawdust to replace ordinary mixed sawdust,therefore,has become a hot topic in today’s researches.This paper started from the feasibility of using mulberry branches to cultivate edible fungi,then explained the main types and technical key points in the cultivation.In view of the practical problems existing in the industry at present,the specific suggestions on developing the cultivation of edible fungi with mulberry branch on a large scale and with high efficiency were put forward.
