摘要
应用植物杂种优势和遗传互补原理,合理选配性状优良的桑树亲本进行自然杂交,培育出群体性状优良的杂交新品系“鲁杂1号”。用种子繁育桑苗,其F 1代群体具有一致性好、产叶量高、叶质优、抗寒能力强等特点。小区试验结果,每公顷桑园产叶量比对照“沙2×伦教109”提高15.2%,万蚕产茧量、万蚕茧层量、吨桑产茧量、吨桑茧层量分别比对照提高4.6%、5.8%、5.8%、7.1%,全茧量和茧层率比对照分别提高3.8%、1.4%,干物重和粗蛋白分别比对照高3.97%、7.10%,冻枯率比对照低79.11%。区域试验示范中,栽植成活率高,每公顷增产18.54%,经济性状优良,适宜北方地区种植。
Using heterosis and principle of genetic complementation,we selected mulberry parents with good traits for natural hybridization,and the cross combination"Luza No.1"with excellent population traits was selected and bred.The mulberry seedlings were bred with seeds,and the F1 generation had the characteristics of good consistency,high leaf yield,excellent leaf quality and strong cold resistance.Compared with the control"Sha 2×Lunjiao 109",the results of the regional trials showed that the yield of mulberry leaves per hectare increased by 15.20%,and the cocoon crop per 10000 silkworms,cocoon shell weight per 10000 silkworms,cocoon crop per 1000 kg mulberry leaves and cocoon shell weight per 1000 kg mulberry leaves increased by 4.6%,5.8%,5.8%and 7.1%,respectively.The whole cocoon weight and cocoon shell weight were 3.8%and 1.4%higher than that of the control,and the dry weight and crude protein were 3.97%and 7.10%higher than the control,respectively,and the cold injured rate was 79.11%lower than the control.The regional trial survival rate was high,increasing production by 18.54%.Therefore,the hybrid combination has excellent economic traits and is suitable for planting in the northern region.
