摘要 高质量大学公共体育课具有为学生提供自主选择、挑战自我、反思成长、榜样学习、协作互助、情感交流和组织策划机会的特征。有效激发学生体育参与内在动机的教学策略表现为征求学生的意见、认同学生的观点和感受、预留时间允许学生用自己的方式做事、向学生提供行动的理由、与学生互动交流、提供明确的目标和任务、对学生在学习中遇到的问题给予提示帮助、对学生的表现给予及时反馈。 The high-quality public physical education in universities can provide students with the opportunity of making the choices on their own,challenging themselves,evaluating personal development through reflection,learning from examples,cooperating with each other,expressing their emotions as well as organizing and planning.The effective strategies towards generating the students’intrinsic motivation for participating in sports are the following:asking for the students’suggestions,supporting the students’points of view and understanding the students’feelings,allowing the time for the students to do things in their own way,letting the students see reasons for action,interacting with the students,letting the students know the specific goal and immediate task,helping the students with the problems in class and giving instant feedback on their performance.
