摘要
通过对热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)切片进行固相缩聚研究,分析讨论了温度、时间、氮气流速和基础切片性能等因素对TPEE固相缩聚反应的影响。结果表明:反应温度、氮气流速和端羧基值对TPEE固相缩聚影响较大,并均有明显的拐点,分别为180℃、120 mL/min和34.62 mol/t。
The influence factors of TPEE solid phase polycondensation reaction were researched.The effects of temperature,time,nitrogen flow rate and basic chip properties on TPEE SSP were discussed.The results showed that the reaction temperature,nitrogen flow rate had a great effect on TPEE SSP,which had a significant turning point,that was temperature at 180℃,nitrogen flow rate at 120mL/min and terminal carboxyl group at 34.62 mol/t.
