23.5%草铵膦·烯草酮可分散油悬浮剂的配方研制

摘要 [目的]为获得23.5%草铵膦·烯草酮可分散油悬浮剂的最佳配方。[方法]将原药、乳化剂、分散剂、增稠剂和分散介质混合剪切均匀,通过砂磨机进行湿法研磨。[结果]通过筛选不同助剂,研发出了23.5%草铵膦·烯草酮可分散油悬浮剂最佳配方:草铵膦18.5%,烯草酮5%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚与快T复配乳化剂A 15%,SP-OF3498D 2%,AEROSIL~? R974 1%,以大豆油与溶剂油S-200质量比2∶3作为分散介质补足至100%。[结论]所制制剂各指标均符合可分散油悬浮剂的相关标准要求,且对非耕地杂草防效明显优于单剂,其防效在90%以上。 [Aims] The study aims to obtain the best formulation of glufosinate-ammonium·clethodim 23.5% OD.[Methods] The disperse mediums,emulsifiers,dispersants and thickeners were mixed by the means of shearing,and the slurry was grinded by grinding machine.[Results] Through screening different adjuvants,the optimum formula was developed as follows:glufosinate-ammonium 18.5%,clethodim 5%,compound emulsifier A which comprises polyoxyethylene castor oil and sodium diethylhexyl sulfosuccinate 15%,SP-OF3498 D 2%,AEROSIL~? R 974 1%,and the dispersion medium of soybean oil/Solvent oil No.200(2:3,by mass) making up to 100%.[Conclusions] All specifications of the formulation meet the requirements of OD and its control effect on weeds in non-cultivated land reached above 90%,which was better than the corresponding single agent.
