习近平文化理论视域下藏族文化元素抽取与创新创业研究

Tibetan Cultural Elements Extraction and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research under the Perspective of Xi Jinping’s Cultural Theory

开展藏族文化元素抽取与创新创业,因时所需、于法有据,事关藏区繁荣稳定,事关中华文脉文运。本研究从习近平文化理论的视角出发,沿着藏族文化元素抽取的科学意涵、理论来源、目标要求、创新创业路径和反思总结这一逻辑链展开。提出富民兴藏、守正创新、文化安全、传承保护和交流互鉴是新时代藏族文化元素抽取的五大目标要求,并在此基础上构建ISILI五维发展模型并进行论证。对实践中可以预见的文化挪用和宗教元素世俗化争议进行了分析。

Tibetan cultural elements extraction and innovation and entrepreneurship research is proper for the occasion and reasonable.It strongly concerns with the prosperity and stability of Tibetan areas and the cultural context of China.The study,from the perspective of Xi Jinping’s cultural theory,was conducted according to the logic of selected Tibetan cultural elements of scientific connotation,theory origin,aims and requirements,path of innovation and entrepreneurship and reflection.The study proposed five aims of enriching people and thriving Tibet,keeping cultural inheritance and innovation,cultural security,inheriting and protecting and sharing ideas for Tibetan cultural elements selection.and constructed five dimension model of ISILI and analyzed that.The paper also analyzed the expecting cultural embezzlement and the disagreement on the secular of religious elements.
