河北省大型体育场馆健康服务供给的实然与应然构建

The Isness and Oughtness of Health Service Supply of Large Stadiums and Gymnasiums in Hebei Province

采用文献资料、实地调查、专家访谈等研究方法,对河北省大型体育场馆的实然现状与应然职能进行分析研究。研究发现,目前河北省体育场馆的体育健康服务内容主要包括设施免费开放、举办群众赛事、经营健身俱乐部与体育培训等活动,但结合健康中国发展战略,体育场馆在供给此类服务的基础上还应发挥主动健康服务、健康服务延伸、医卫应急服务等应然职能。在分析应然构建模式的基础上,提出了场馆部门提高重视程度、政府部门牵线搭桥、场馆机构主动公关、政府加大以奖代补力度等建议。

Using literature,field investigation and expert interview,the article analyzes the isness and oughtness of large stadiums in Hebei Province.According to the research,the sports health service content of large stadiums in Hebei mainly includes free opening of facilities,holding mass sports events,operating fitness clubs and sports training courses,etc.However,in the light of the Healthy China development policy,the sports and sports venues should also play the functions of active promote of health,health service extension,medical and health emergency services on the basis of providing such services.And then based on the analysis of the construction mode,the article puts forward some suggestions,such as enhancing the importance of stadiums,matchmaking by government departments,active public relation advertising by stadiums,and increasing the government's efforts to replace compensation with awards.
