摘要
专业认证是促进师范专业人才培养模式改革的必然趋势,高等师范院校的教育技术学专业师范生是未来中小学信息技术教师的主要来源,教育技术学专业有必要在专业认证视域下,对照毕业生的工作状况省思人才培养工作。对担任中小学信息技术教师的教育技术学专业毕业生进行访谈,深入了解并分析其工作状况,进而基于认证理念对教育技术学专业人才培养提供有益启示。
Professional accreditation for teacher training is an inevitable trend to promote the reform of teacher training mode.Normal students majoring in educational technology in normal universities are the main sources of IT teachers in primary and secondary schools in the future,Education Technology should reflect on the training of teacher in comparison with the working status of graduates from the perspective of professional accreditation.Some interviews were made on some graduates majoring in Educational Technology who are IT teachers in primary and secondary schools,their working status were deeply understood and analyzed,and then some beneficial enlightenment for the training of teacher in Educational Technology were put forward based on the ideas of professional accreditation.
