艾盐烫熨结合穴位贴敷治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效

Clinic Research of Moxa Salt Hot Compress Therapy Combined with Acupoint Application in Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation with Cold-damp Obstruction Pattern

目的:探讨艾盐烫熨结合中药穴位贴敷治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症疗效.方法:回顾性分析2017年1月~2018年12月于我院康复科治疗的81例寒湿痹阻型LDH患者的相关资料.41例患者在常规治疗及护理的基础上加用了穴位贴敷疗法,40例加用了艾盐烫熨结合穴位贴敷治疗.结果:治疗2个疗程后,与仅使用穴位贴敷的患者相比,采用艾盐烫熨结合穴位贴敷患者的VAS评分、JOA评分和直腿抬高角度的改善程度更大,且治疗总有效率和患者满意度也更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:艾盐烫熨结合穴位贴敷疗法治疗寒湿痹阻型LDH效果较好,可以显著改善患者的临床症状,值得临床推广.

Objective In order to investigate the curative effect of moxa salt ironing combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with cold-damp obstruction pattern.Methods A retrospective analysis of 81 patients with cold and dampness obstructive LDH who were treated in our hospital from January to February 2018 was performed.Forty-one patients were treated with acupoint application therapy on the basis of routine treatment and nursing,and 40 patients were treated with moxa salt ironing combined with acupoint application therapy.Before and after treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS)and the Japanese orthopaedic association's scoring standard(JOA)were used to evaluate the pain degree and lumbar function of all patients.The general angle protractor was used to measure the straight leg elevation angle.After the treatment,the evaluation effect and patient satisfaction were evaluated.Result After 2 courses of treatment,compared with patients who only used acupoint sticking,the VAS score,JOA score and straight leg elevation angle of patients with moxa salt ironing combined with acupoint application had better improvement.The treatment effect and the satisfaction degree of patients were also significantly higher in the group using combination therapy(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxa salt ironing combined with acupoint application therapy is effective in treating LDH with cold-damp obstruction pattern,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
